Our investors are entrepreneurial capital market participants. We value the experience and the broader perspective they bring to each opportunity. These partners consist of a select group of high net worth individuals, private equity firms, private REITs, and family offices. We have a deep understanding of our partners' businesses, objectives, required returns, preferences, and risk tolerance.
In some cases, we have been engaged to manage problem portfolios of real estate on their behalf, including leasing, marketing, selling, refinancing, buying, developing, and attracting new capital partners.
In other cases, we actively source opportunities that fit their objectives. We place capital for clients looking to own commercial real estate that meets their criteria.
Because our deal-sourcing model is relationship and circumstance driven rather than sector specific (or geographically oriented), our investments profile is quite diverse. We've run the gamut from troubled retail and office developments to industrial across the US to hospitality in the Gulf Coast to self storage in the Midwest to gaming out West. And we know better than to try to be experts at everything. Success requires a thorough understanding of the specific market space and its participants. We've invested the past 17 years in projects across 100+ US markets cultivating great relationships with best-of-breed specialists in Office, Retail, Hospitality, Multifamily, Call Centers, Self Storage, Medical and Industrial real estate. Aligning ourselves with these trusted, like-minded experts allows us to confidently execute deals across many geographies and property types.
